TruCo started with a simple frustration: in Dubai, looking after your home shouldn't mean chasing tradespeople or paying large upfront costs for a maintenance contract no-one honours. The same is true of a renovation, where the contractor is gone the day after handover.
Alvinder spent a decade in the UK as a qualified electrician running his own NICEIC-registered, TrustMark Government Endorsed and Federation of Master Builders accredited company. He built TruCo on the same standards. Every technician is trained in-house. Every visit is logged, photographed and signed off. Every repair carries a 12-month workmanship guarantee. IOSH Managing Safely qualified, ASHRAE Associate Member, and trained to UAE local standards, because the standards he holds himself to are the ones every TruCo job is measured against.
Builds the product behind TruCo, turning how property work should run into an app people actually want to open. Whether it's a finish, a full renovation or a service visit, every job is logged, photographed and signed off in software he designed, so each property keeps its own record rather than a drawer of receipts. Levi owns the experience end to end, from the first enquiry to that lasting record.

Twenty-five years designing the spaces where luxury brands meet their customers, across the GCC and Africa. Formerly Retail Design & Visual Merchandising Director for Dior Beauty at LVMH in Dubai, where he built and vetted the fit-out contractor network used across the group's beauty brands. Since 2019 he has run his own consultancy, delivering GCC boutique renovations and concept rollouts for Messika Paris and Boucheron Paris, alongside private luxury villa renovations. TruCo is his delivery team.
