Design work, where a project needs it, is quoted separately.
What happens on the visit
A finish
We bring the samples so you can hold the finishes against your own light, look at the walls, floors or wet room you have in mind, and tell you whether the substrate takes them as it is. You get the method, the area in m² and a price in writing.
A renovation
We walk the property, measure up and talk through what you want done and what it will take. You get a written quote covering scope, stages and the workmanship guarantee.
Maintenance
We walk the property, count the ACs and go through what you want covered. Tracing a specific fault is a diagnostic visit, priced on site, and it comes off the cost of the repair if you go ahead.
