A fixed scope, a fixed price. We prepare properly, finish cleanly, and hand back a property that's ready to re-let.
- Painting & finishing Wall prep, patching, sanding and a dual-coat finish in low-VOC, odour-free lines.
- MEP snagging Light switches, distribution boards, faulty fixtures and plumbing made good.
- Deep AC clean Full system sanitisation, left at move-in condition.
- Deposit-ready handover Photographed and signed off, so the property re-lets without friction.

He leads the design on our premium renovations — luxury villas and commercial fit-out alike. TruCo owns the delivery, and the maintenance afterwards.
Twenty-five years designing the spaces where luxury brands meet their customers, across the GCC and Africa. Formerly Retail Design & Visual Merchandising Director for Dior Beauty at LVMH in Dubai, where he built and vetted the fit-out contractor network used across the group's beauty brands.
Since 2019 he has run his own consultancy, delivering GCC boutique renovations and concept rollouts for Messika Paris and Boucheron Paris, alongside private luxury villa renovations. TruCo is his delivery team.
